From Interstate 5, take the Frazier Park exit and drive west on Frazier Mountain Park Road, which will become Cuddy Valley Road past the junction with Lockwood Valley Road. Turn right onto Mount Pinos Road and follow it west to its termination below the summit of Mount Pinos.
To reach Lockwood Valley, retrace your route down Mount Pinos Road and turn right onto Lockwood Valley Road. Follow Lockwood Valley Road south to California Highway 33. Turn right on Highway 33 and follow it north as it merges with California Highway 166. Turn right onto Cerro Noroeste Road and follow it east to Mil Portrero Highway, which in turn becomes Cuddy Valley Road and leads back to Frazier Park.
To reach the Sespe Condor Sanctuary from Frazier Park, follow Interstate 5 south to California Highway 126. Turn right onto Highway 126 and follow it west to Fillmore, then turn right onto “A” Street going north. This becomes Goodenough Road; follow it to the Sespe Condor Sanctuary.
